Returns 
  • You have the right to return the product within fifteen (14) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (L.2251/1994).
  • The product return is only accepted if the product is in the its original state i.e. it is not soiled, altered or in any condition other than its original condition, including its packaging. 
  • The product must be accompanied by the retail receipt proving its purchase.

Money return 

The refund includes only the amount of the value of the merchandise of each order and NOT the cost of shipping / returns.

Change / Replacement
  • It is possible to change or replace the product if there is a special reason, for example a change in size, color or defect.
  • Returns or changes will be accepted as long as our company has been contacted.
  • Shipping costs for changes / replacements are free. Note that this policy is limited to first change / replacement only.
